My sinus cavity is a bit irritated, anybody else use a Nettie pot ? Maybe the weather change.
I think it works better than any cold medicine I’ve ever used.
Keeps me healthy, sounds gross, but really works!

hey yeah! my daughter does this…she has polyps.
Polyps in her sinus? Ouch!
yeah, she’s had them removed, but they grow back.
my sinuses are always partially blocked. maybe will try it, thanks never heard of it before.

i’ve used a makeshift one which consisted of a plastic water bottle from the gas station… 
it worked, too. i heard they’re dangerous but idk how. just don’t breath in while you’re putting water in your nose. not that hard. haha
I always boil the water, let it cool to room temperature, put salt in the water like the package says. I never use straight tap water.

Yeah. I works well too.
I used to use one. I don’t get sick anymore, after seven years working in special education.

Works great for a sinus cold. Especially smokers. But I’m quitting. Mote exercise. 20,000 steps a day will probably do it. Just keep trying.
I used to do something similar to this for my singing voice.
