Apparently loads of folk in my town have it. Mostly sinusitis and associated things like headache and sometimes ear ache.
My pharmacist said Tylenol only because of my meds.
My sister is visiting my folks today. I was invited but I feel too poorly

Oh, I know you’re not going to want to hear this, but a long hot shower with the water hitting you on the back of your head and neck really helps a lot with sinusitis.
Also spicy foods, hot beverages, a heating pad. I hope you feel better soon.
