Studies on NS are inconclusive and as long as we are not psychotic, they don’t even want to talk about negative symptoms.
Have you come off ant psychiatric medications recently? Or cold turkey off any meds. There are loads of people experiencing pssd from antidepressants which are all the negative symptoms of sz. Theres a fb group called anhedonia lets live again.

I’m not from North America. I was prescribed sulpiride, I had a pause for several months, then I started taking sulpiride again, after which fog in the head and impaired cognitive abilities appeared, and later other symptoms
I read antidepressants help negative symptoms and sometimes they are caused by depression. My Dr prescribed me Wellbutrin for negative symptoms but it made me hear voices, it gave me back a bit of emotions and energy.
Were placebo off meds? On which meds they were?
Id have a look into pssd. All the symptoms your describing sound like what people get when they come of some meds. Could be protracted withdrawal from meds

Modafanil is not sold here, unfortunately.
