I’m trying to do the research but can’t seem to come up with one answer? Does anyone have an idea?
Abilify, rexulti and vraylar as far as I know.
You haven’t found one yet, because they don’t exist.
I’m on abilify and I don’t really feel like it helps with 90% of my negatives. But it has an antidepressant effect so it helps me not to mind them so much.

This is a huge studies on most of the available antipsychotic and might provide you with the answer
I was told abilify would be effective for negatives, but it made me fat and lazy.
For me, Latuda and Saphris have both been very good in that aspect.
My AP, blonanserin, is helpful for negative symptoms.
In my country Amisulpride/Solian is the only AP that is recommended for negative symptoms .
Exactly, I tried Abilify and its the only med that improved my negatives but it gave me worse issues than negatives. For many it doesn’t cause such issues though. I want to try Vraylar but its not available in Canada. One thing to note about these drugs is that they’re dopamine regulators and not full dopamine blockers.
They block dopamines when dopamine is high and they increase dopamine when dopamine is low. Dopamine is important in motivation, emotions, pleasure and cognition; fully blocking it causes negative symptoms generally.
Second generation all r good for negative symptoms
Coz they block certain type serotonin receptor in some parts of brain so serotonin will be more available
