Negative symptoms and brain wiring

Technically the brain is rewiring itself all the time. Whenever we do new things or new habits its creates a new pathway and strengthens it. Same for lesser used pathways they get weaker

I pushed myself like a bugger for years to get back to where I am now. And I have to keep pushing or I’ll lose it. Sucks up a lot of energy.

The newer research also says that diet and exercise do make a difference so there’s that.

I’m intrigued that adding more coffee to my keto helps me sleep better. We are all different but honestly besides all the brain interactions you can’t go wrong adding diet and exercise…

It helps me and these days even on my worst negative days I can find some motivation to exercise. It took a long time but you will improve in my honest opinion.

Then there’s this. If you want improvement you have to make the effort. Yeah it’s hard but the benefits are proven.

Not bad for a person with a pacemaker. It really does help to keep moving…and you can dodge all the bullets a bit better if your moving!
