Why do you think it’s pernament Purple Sky?

You can try sarcosine, caffeine and vaping nicotine…

I got way better after starting taking the meds, it was awful before and now it’s bearable and less frequent.

My negative symptoms have slowly started to get better. I feel like the more I do, the more capable I am of doing things.

I’m going to branch off of what ninjastar said. the more stuff I do at work and at home, the happier I feel and the more motivated I am. also I am on wellbutrin 100mg which has definitely changed the game for me.

still fighting the negatives, but the antidepressants give me some energy

I’ve kinda realized once you’re on AP’s, feeling down or being depressed, either one, is usually the next battle.

Mine have improved since my episode 2 years ago.

Did they improve slowly or quickly? What did you struggle with when you had them? and how are you now?

slowly. I didn’t realize it until I first started taking my wellbutrin, but I was depressed from realizing i had a mental illness and my risperdal was making me lethargic. I feel much better now.

They don’t have wellbutrin in the UK where I live

i wish they did because it has saved me. they might have something similar over there but instead of working on serotonin, it works on dopamine and norepenepherine (adrenaline).

Yes I have. My positive symptoms (voices) were causing poverty of thought and memory. Clozapine has helped with negative symptoms by decreasing the amount of voices thus making negative symptoms decrease.

I take Wellbutrin and Latuda and they both help. Not much but I have tried coming off of both of those and it’s a terrible trade off. They do make a difference. It’s a shame you can’t get Wellbutrin. It’s a good med. SSRIs didnt work for me but maybe they can work for you.
