Need support

Thank you @anon60704399 for your kind words. life is pretty chaotic atm.

I have a therapist and I don’t get much help from crisis lines. I can write better than I can talk. I realize I’m more suicidal when I’m very tired. It’s hard to sleep right now.

I’m sorry to hear that. Please keep trying to get help.

I know it seems like there’s no help out there but don’t give up.

I’m so sorry you’re so ill :frowning:

I’m going to respond individually later. I didn’t want my silence to imply I was ignoring anyone. Today is very hectic with things going on. I appreciate each and every one of you who commented. It truly warmed my heart. I’ll post more when I can but I thank you all for your support. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I hope things improve for you soon. I agree that maybe your daughter should be in a day program to give you a break. Anyway take care

Yeah he seems to think I should handle it. Like he fails to understand my limitations.

My hubby does not allow strangers in the house or others helping out. He believes I should do it myself.

My doctor does not prescribe benzodiazepines. He tries to find other options. I was on Klonopin for two weeks and it was very helpful. When I got out, he would not renew. I respect him very much so I’m trying to handle it in other ways.

I’m so sorry for all the things you’re going through, I would certainly like to give you advice, but the things you’re going through are certainly beyond my capabilities.

Babysitting is a staple. Its unfair you go without it. My ex pays 10 dollars an hr for it and it allows her to work into the late evening. Your husband is a bit rigid on the subject imo, without meaning any insult.

Yeah you can say that about my hubby. Like even from babyhood only family could babysit. We’ve never had someone outside of the home watch them. I dunno. It’s just weird and inconvenient a lot.

I heard Mary Poppins is working overtime these days.

I hope it’s overtime in childcare

And I’m not surprised given rates

I can only hope so.

My hubby and children were in the musical Mary Poppins last year so it’s funny you say that. :joy:
