People reading my mind, my intrusive thoughts and they want to kill me. I need to stop people from doing this. I will try anything I wish they are not watching or listening to me. People are upset at me but I don’t know why. I hope I will make it to see my friend.

Sounds like your feeling the schizophrenic shimmy. Hope your keeping up with your meds. Sometimes if I had a panic attack I’d just lay in bed and try to breath right
People who are doing this are saying I touched them or people they know but in my mind which is kind of stupid once you think about it.
I think I have people watching me or listening to voices that someone puts in my mind. They are not perfect either and probably think a lot of intrusive thoughts.
your mind playing games i had similar experience when i got sick,talk with your doctor might need to change drug.

Last night I was awakened by people bashing me and Moe said if I took a shower he will burn me to a crisp. And then I was eating lunch and Moe said I was eating with someone. This always makes me worried. I wish he would stop. I am so miserable. Please help.
My mother in law can read my mind if I look into her eyes. So I know how it feels to have this feelings. I feel paranoid about her and sometimes others too.
Once I had a psychotic episode at the mosque when two men came to ladies section and I believed they were gunmen in plot with imam to kill us. I was terrified and afterwards I was crying in the car.
