I doubt it, its probably a symptom of sz, i’ve had it before a long time ago, it is frightening but its not real, try and not think about it and try to use some things to distract yourself from that thinking, if you get really scared then phone someone for support.

I know it seems real to you but it is just schizophrenic symptoms of paranoia making you think this. It’s not really happening. Sorry.
Maybe getting out of the house and taking a nice walk around the neighborhood would take your mind off your problems. A little fresh air and a little space and getting your blood pumping can maybe ease your mind a little bit.
Wishful thinking. Usually nothing special like it. I would call someone on the phone like a helpline and cut down on movies.

Not laughing out loud as much as I would like to but the weather is making me happy despite my best efforts to be miserable. Yeah, ignore 'em and I will do the same.
