■■■■ I’m really feeling like I’m receiving and emitting thoughts outside of my mind right now. It’s making me pretty dang paranoid. Yeah I don’t know. I really sincerely hope it isn’t the case, however I’m not too sure about that. I guess it wouldn’t be so bad if the content of my thoughts weren’t full of despicable ■■■■. I don’t really know how to live with this. How are your unusual beliefs going everybody?
No I haven’t had any psychotic symptoms in a year already but I’m dead afraid of getting them back. Are you on meds? Hope you stabilize soon but it’s never have to deal with this again.

please work with your pdoc on getting your meds to work better for you. I hope you get to feeling better.

You can get a handle on this without meds. You have to look at things from a different perspective
Then negative thoughts are what you’re assuming others are thinking or thinking you’re thinking.
Get a grip. Sometimes it’s our fault sometimes it isn’t. Don’t fall for the ■■■■.
Just rati9nalixe the ■■■■ out of everything. Yes you are out of your mind. So is most people at times. Quit looking at it as a foreign thing and learn how to handle it maturely and professionally. Surround yourself eith people thst genuinely care about you and all that torment will stop

I pretty much thought everyone in the mental ward including staff were talking about me. Four days of 4that ■■■■.

Yeah I’ve had that before. Walking through the city and thinking everybody knows everything about you and you’re some pawn in some ■■■■■■ up plot.

It too shall pass. From the sound of it, you already know it is probably due to schizophrenia. Just remember that when you are experiencing symptoms. One thing I have learned over time is that nobody really gives a crap about me or what thoughts I have. It’s so refreshing knowing that a random stranger could care less about me. Remember that and it too shall pass.
