So a lot of my weight loss is from being poor and skipping meals but ive also worked on eating healthier and i basically cut myself off of soda, tho i do have some here and there so i dont go insane lol.
I used to drink loads of diet sodas and now I have learned to drink carbonated water with sugar free juice extract. it is so much better for teeth! my teeth were really corroded with the acids in diet sodas and now I have quit them nearly 100%. I drink one diet soda after sauna every saturday. I used to drink sugar free energy drinks too but I quit them as well. so much better this way.
All my life I drank diet pop pretty continuously and shot up to 208 lbs. Then, I changed AP meds and switched to drinking coffee and water only. I lost 60 lbs. as a result. Then, I switched back to my original AP med and slowly gained back 25 of those pounds while still drinking black, unsweetened coffee and water. And I keep gaining and gaining. Now I’m at a loss for what to do.
Good on you for the exercise and the weight gain is definitely a phooey. I think aging is a big part of it. I sure as heck need less food these days and the small amount I eat sticks around longer.
loosing weight is so hard especially when youre close to your goal weight. ive been fluxuating between 190 and 210 (or ~200lbs on average) for a long time. Going to get into running as soon as i can since ive sworn off of lifting weights.
