just want to know any weight loss success on aps, any advice give to speed up the proccess, went down from 272 to 259, from haldol trying to reach 200 by end of the year, its hard work but im not give up the fight.
I just switched to sugar free soda.
There is no way to speed up the process. Weight loss of around 1 pound is healthy and ideal. A pound of fat is made of 3500 calories. You need to count calories or portion control at the very least. Aim for about 500 caloric deficit per day and 7 days a week, then you will lose a pound a week. Eat more vegetables and protein as they make you feel full. Cut down on the carbs and unhealthy fats. I ate 1400 calories to lose weight.
Yes I went from 10 stone to 9.5 stone by exercise
nice job, keep the good work
yea i eat vegetables brown rice, tuna, beef patties, oatmeal, i been consistent with my workout.
Sounds like you will succeed then, keep up the good work and you’ll get to your goal.
thanks alot hope so working really hard at it.
Sugar free soda made me gain a lot of weight. I got up to 200 lbs. on diet soda. That represents a BMI of 30 which is obese.
I am on three different AP’s and I lost 50 lbs. on them. I have since gained back ten of these lbs. but, I am happy with that. I am keeping the weight off successfully. I do it by counting my calories faithfully every day on MyFitnessPal.com and staying under a certain quota of calories. And also by exercising almost every day doing something I sincerely enjoy which in my case is: yoga, burpees and piano practice.
nice skinnyme 50lbs is a big achievement, 10lbs isnt that much, thats good you are tracking your calories, i also use my fitness pal, im trying to lose 72 lbs by the end of the year. lost 12lbsso far in 4 months, I excercise, eat right, be consistent and dont stress about it too much, weight will come off, before i got sick losing weight was easy but on aps so much harder but not impossible its just a longer process. Im going to work hard on it.
