My Weight loss Diet Day4

For breakfast 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
For lunch 1 apple chicken sausage (160 calories) 2 roasted beets, 1 carrot
For dinner strawberry soy milk smoothie
For beverage 1 cup of decaf coffee and 1 tbsp agave syrup (60 calories)
Exercise 1 hour hike


Wow, I think it’s a perfect diet except the fact you could eat more. Low carbs, enough amount of protein and fat(cheese). And 1 hour of exercise is great! Even, you didn’t eat milk, which is bad for health, but soy bean milk. I’m sure you probably would get something achieved!


That’s around 700 calories for the day. You should ask a dietitian if it’s safe.


@TheBest is right. If you want to eat less than 1200 calories per day, you should run it by your primary dr, and if he/she says yes, then talk to a dietitian on how to do it in a healthy way. I’ve done it before.
