I brought my washer dryer for £25 1.5 yrs ago and it has a habit of breaking (leaking water)!
It seems to do this if a load is uneven and makes a lot of noise…
Anyway look at the pic for the damage caused (now fixed)!
Anyway I’ve now successfully cleaned my bedding, just waiting for it to dry on the clothes airier!
£25 now that is a bargain!

Definitely rightful paranoia.
The thing has already proven untrustworthy,
And when washers get janky, they flood your whole place.
So, keep checking, but still be proud that you fixed that thing.
