What makes you think so?
It’s sort of a paradox of insanity and sanity co-existing. Yeah there are many reasons to believe that the voices are not real. They only talk about me, they are almost never thinking about themselves, when they are it’s usually a delusion I believe about the person, and the conversation I have with them usually have no real World consequences. unless it causes me to do something in reality. However I talk to them every day, I cannot control what they say, or how often they talk.
