I bought a 5 port usb 5v, when charge it my vape battery exploded, luckily nothing caught on fire, but its was scary, why did this happen, what charge output too strong.
Battery charger needs 5-10W through USB, don’t use a usb splitter. They’re meant for 2.5w and under.

Always buy official products.

With what did you charge the battery? You need to use a wall usb charger with min 2amps or 10W.

You can also use your cellhone charger if its 10+W, 2+amp. Thats what I use.
The Amps in the wall are too high. My medical marijuana place (which I don’t go to anymore) told me that the charger would explode if I put it in the wall or in the car charger. They said to use computer USB

All 5 ports on amazon the volts is to high i need 4.2 and lower i guess i stick my regular usb port. Its okay
Which volts? All usbs are 5v, your vape charger converts it to 4.2v. 4.2v usb doesnt exist, only 5v.

It exploded maybe because its a cheap battery. I told you to get big brands like Panasonic, Sony, LG etc
I never had an issue with my Panasonic and I have 12 18650 Panasonic 3400mah batteries since 2015.

We told you not to use those cheap batteries. Cheaping out on some stuff is dangerous.

Yea your right, these were garbage batteries, i least i got refunded. Yea you guys where right. stick with good brands. like samsung. Thats what i used. Sad thing it destroyed my vape device but good news im get a new device from smok for free mag p3. so its not that bad.
