At my psych/rehab clinic. Thanksgiving Day I’ll be home alone with not a whole lot of food. I can chat online with my friend though, and I guess hangout on this forum. I’ve been cleaning my apartment today so I can relax for the holidays.

I don’t want thanksgiving dinner, it’s too much food, I have to drink so much water to get it down I get bloated. It’s a good way to lose weight. I am on an appetite suppressant that works and isn’t a narcotic, it’s some kind of narcotic antidote that they found suppresses appetite. I miss pizza most but it may not be 
forever.

The mental folks here are good. Sometimes they mess up. I get frustrated with them. I hope do find a pdoc that will take care of you. Texas is a lovely place been here all my life.

I was looking at ratings of the best states to retire to, Texas is ranked 17th while Arkansas is ranked 44th. Florida is ranked 1st being the best place to retire in the US. My friend is retiring soon and wants to go to Texas, and I was going to tag along with him.
