My sleep pattern has been off for long time now. To be honest I prefer to my sleep pattern to be off. I sleep during the night and during the day. I sleep like half and half. I sleep like 5 hours at night and I sleep 5 hours during the day. One reason I don’t sleep all night is because I don’t have any reason to get up. It is just the best way for me for the time being. When I have more to do then I will try to change my sleeping pattern. It’s hard to explain but sleeping when I sleep makes me feel better…I don’t know why, it might be because it breaks up my day and helps me with having nothing to do.

You should go 5 on 1 with the cyclops, choke the chicken or make the bald man barf. That always helps most guys find motivation to get back on tract
