My sleep hygiene

My sleep hygiene is bad.Sometimes I sleep 8-10 hour a day which is what I preferred,but sometimes I sleep only at 4am and wake up at 1-3pm depends…come to think of it I had always had sleep issue since young.After I was on psych meds,I was still sleeping badly.First when I was put on antipsychotic I slept well for 1-2 month,the. Slowly I slept only late like 2-4am even if I lied in bed at 11pm-12am.I just couldn’t sleep like I had hoped for

Exercise helps. Also dimming the lights and not listening to “violent” music 1h before sleep time also helps a lot.

Avoid anything with caffeine like coffee, tea, energy drinks, mate drink, hot chocolate, etc
Try relaxation music on low volume.

And yea exercise improves sleep time, depth and quality.
