So my sister says that her husband has Narcissistic Personality Disorder. WebMD says that treatment is basically psychotherapy. Hopefully if she divorces him he’ll wake up and get some help. She’s been abused by him for 20+ years

I went out with someone who I’m convinced was a narcissist. Generally they’re pretty manipulative.

@anon1517417. Yes I think so. She said he’ll do whatever he can get his hands on. Recently he’s been doing Meth.
Do you think you can get your sister to Al-Anon?
No. She’s staying with me for now and we’re out in the woods and no transportation except my dad and he’s always busy.
Narcissists rarely get help. They think they are always in the right. I dated one for a long time and it just got worse and worse. Topping that off with addiction issues and that is just bad all around. Glad she can stay with you.

I had a friend and it took me years to realize that he is a narcissist. He totally headf(u)fcked me. I still have to work on his manipulative ways. All these lies.

I never had enough distance from my mother to possible see that. Wouldn’t surprise me, but she is not taking drugs as I know.
