My recent Ativan use

I think i’ve been responsible with it this time around. I’ve been addicted to Ativan in the past. Withdrawal was living hell.

What do you take it for? Sleep? Anxiety?

Mainly for my panic attacks, but sometimes for my insomnia also. It works well for both. @Bowens

I take benzodiazepinic clonazepam. There is no way for me to stop it. I’ve tried to go a couple of days without it. My dreams get unbelievable. And I get extremelly suceptible to sounds perception. I also get very alert. I stop sleeping properly. I sleep irregularly.
