I can't sleep & trying to cut down benzo with no luck

Ive been taking diazapam 2mg everyday almost and now i cant really sleep without it.

I’m in the same boat with temazepam. I got used to taking it for sleep and now i can’t sleep unless i take it. I got hooked on Ativan then got off of it but now I’m hooked on temazepam. You can’t win with benzos!

I’m the same way I’ve been on Ambien for 4 years now and I can’t sleep without it now

I took Clonazepam for a while never got addicted because I only took when I needed it. No longer on benzos

True so its a real problem to carry on relying on them so much. I think im just going to stay awake all night then go to bed when im tired because i really have to stop taking them. Ive postman first thing as well with parcel, so it makes sense to stay up

I need my clozapine to sleep. Sometimes I use melatonin as well.
