That’s only 6 months to forget abuse it’s gonna take longer than that to forget, she may just starting to get use to y’all, remember being thrown into a new environment might scare her too

Oh no, poor pup! Sounds like the breeder was abusive in maybe more than the trunk incidents unfortunately. I also vote for a behavior specialist for your puppy. I hope it helps your pup.
