My physique :D

Here’s my physique at the moment.

I take fitness pretty seriously. Been at it for a few years. It’s helped a lot in all aspects of my life.
I have a bit of gyno from Risperdal and Invega. But other than that I’m pretty happy with it. How do I look? Females, males, I’m not gay but I appreciate feedback.

Haha I feel you

I’d do anything to look like that, except diet and exercise.

It’s what you gotta do haha. It isn’t that hard, if you limit junk food and have a wholesome and balanced diet that alone is good enough to lose fat and gain muscle, as long as you’re working out that is. It is pretty hard to really overeat on healthy food.

Some meds have way too crazy side effects. I don’t take any meds that have unnecessary weight gain.

I’ve 5 - 6 times been able to lose 28 - 45 lbs in a stretch

not lately

it’s weight gainers vs psychosis now i can’t change these ones after being well for 11 years

anyway i don’t blame it on psych meds particularly

i learned that i deal with suicidally high stress by eating and stayed up all night (so often that it made me snack all night for years and now i’m obese)
i’m now sleeping 7.5 hours average and eating vegan plus a tiny bit of dairy sometimes or fish sometimes

it’s a long way to go and exercising also makes me hungry

I have been bulimic in my life though

I stopped taking them a while back, they didn’t work too well for me. Also thanks

Something that helps me is to just eat breakfast later in the day. Look up intermittent fasting, it takes some time to get used to but it helps a lot with losing fat.

If you don’t mind me asking.
Which meds are you on? @catsrcool

Only Navane at the moment, its a typical AP.

Wow yeah I was on Navane before.
That was my first AP.

you are in really good shape bro!!
looks like you dodged the ap weight gain i used to be in pretty good shape before Zyprexa than i gained 90 pounds in les than a year i mean it wasn’t all fat because i used to be super short and now I’m 6 foot but it still makes me sad but now that I’m off it i have lost 35 pounds and i have like 35 more to lose until I’m gonna start bulking, what is your exercise routine like?

Thanks man. I gained 20 pounds in a few weeks off Zyprexa, never taking any weight-gaining meds again.

I alternate doing pull and push days, for my pull days I do:

  • Bent over rows 3-4 sets of 10
  • T-Bar/Lat Pulldown 3-4 sets of 10
  • Sometimes deadlift, not too often
  • Bicep curls 3-4 sets of 10
  • Reverse dumbbell flys 3-4 sets of 10

For my push days I do:

  • Incline Dumbbell press 3-4 sets of 10
  • Shoulder press 3-4 sets of 10
  • Tricep pushdown 3-4 sets of 10-12
  • Max set of pushups/dips

I work out like 4-5 times a week.

I’ve altered my program a bit cause my left side is messed up, once I get it fixed I’ll add more exercises in the mix.
