My PT at my gym is dead. He died suddenly a week ago. I don’t know what happened. He was very well trained and a nice guy. Very helpful. It’s sad that those in middle of life are pulled to the other side too soon.
Tragic!
i know comatose, thats sad
sorry for your loss
Oh I am sorry to hear of this. I hope you aren’t in too much pain? that is truly sad.
Very sorry to hear this @Comatose - May He Rest in Peace
I’m sorry to hear that…it’s hard to cope with strong role models passing away. Hope you are handling it well. I’m a little disheartened by John Nash’s death.
It’s always tragic when someone dies young. I’m sure you’ll miss him.
My condolences.
Reminds me of Jim Fixx. But in a wrong way.
In the late seventies Jim Fixx was a vocal proponent of jogging. Jogging has always been around of course. But it became a craze in the late seventies and Jim Fixx was the face of jogging in America. He wrote a popular book about it which became the “jogging bible” about it and used himself as an example of how it is good for both physical and mental health.
When he was in his late thirties- early forties he had a massive heart attack while jogging and died. Of course the irony of it made it a national story. And gave the stand-up comics material for a year after he died.
But…what was not well known to everybody until much later was that he had a pre-existing heart condition which weakened his heart and caused his death.
Anyway, this is the first thing that popped into my head when I read your post.
I’m so sorry your lost your trainer so suddenly.
That is sad… and very shocking.
I hope you’re OK and I’m wishing the best for his family and friends. j
Thank you everyone.
