Fitness influencer dies

I just found out one of my favourite fitness influencers died… i was wondering why he hadent posted a new video in over a year and was kinda disapointed…

i did a search on social media and found out that he died!

Died of heart failure…probably from exercise addiction along with maintaining a <5% body fat percentage…

kinda scares me and make me want to be very careful with my heart cause ive had heart problems before…

for those of you going hard in the gym please be careful!

life is so fragile…

If he had an underlying heart condition then it was probably it. We’ve had soccer players dropping dead on the field like they were struck by lightning.

yea he was natural… just had a really low body fat % and pushed himself super hard every single day and was sleeping 4 hours a night.

That’s not good. If you are working out you need 8-9h of sleep.

So sad that these things happen.

That is sad. My college roommate had a heart attack at 21 from an eating disorder. Too much exercise, too little food.

That was what I was doing in high school. I lifted a lot of weights but ate little.

Sad story. I’m no expert but always say you should see a gp before starting exercise. You just never know with things like hearts as there can also be underlying problems. Less than 5% bodyfat is pretty extreme. Most atheletes are above that by a ways.

Yeah 5% body fat is definitely dangerous. I’d say a healthier range would be 10 to 15 percent body fat.

R.I.P

yea dude, some athletes like body builders go that low for competition day and photoshoots and stuff but to maintain 5% year round is very taxing on your body

That is sad. But not all go through this who does maintain this strict regiment. Cause of heart disease could be various factors or combination.
