My online class

I’m doing great in my online academic music class, The course studies music starting with Jimi Hendrix to hip hop. He gives us short answer quizzes with each answer being worth ten points. But he keeps giving me 15 or 12 points on my answers. And in his comments critiquing my answers he keeps saying stuff like “great work” Last week I turned in a paper and he wrote, “Thank You Nicholas”. I think in context that he was feeling good about inspiring someone to really understand what he’s trying to teach and showing it. On my last quiz yesterday he gave me another 15 points on a 10 point question. And his comment was, " That’s some answer".
I’m trying to figure out if I’m extremely brilliant or just lucky.

Maybe he’s making fun of you for taking the course when you already knew all the imaginable answers about the subject…

Maybe, lol…

Maybe he just likes you and thinks you’d make a good friend because you both have a lot in common with the music?
Let’s face it Nick, you’re AWESOME!

Hmmm, I kind of doubt that’s it. We’re probably the same age though.

Have you ever considered a career in music? If you’re that interested to be that good at something, I would think a career would follow.

Thanks @PinCushion I have a career in listening to the radio but I couldn’t
play or sing a note of music to save my life.

Well, maybe something like teaching music appreciation.
