My teacher has me working on a lot of basics, some stuff I already know. And some things I don’t know.
I was worried when I got home that my guitar instructor thinks I’m weird. But I finally concluded it’s okay if he does.
Musicians tend to be an eccentric bunch anyways. So I think it’s safe to say I’m in a judgement free zone at these lessons.
I did guitar lessons for a few months. Mine didn’t want to know. Some people don’t want to know.

Yeah, so far I’m really enjoying the lessons. I was practicing some new scales earlier this morning.
I feel like it’s really helping out with my cognition.

My piano teacher once told me that I’m an “eccentric artist.” He’s kinda weird too as he thinks that he is the reincarnation of Mozart. I think that is hilariously funny.
Both of my piano teachers never had me do scales. I don’t know why. I’ve never practiced scales in twelve years of studying piano. I seem to manage them ok when performing pieces.
