My long-time psychiatrist resigned a couple of years ago (three, I think?). She was good. The new one I got was excellent, but he might retire at the end of this year. It’s always hard to change doctors.
I think my pdoc is younger than me so hopefully I won’t ever need to switch.
I’ve always chosen my psychiatrists.
I’m very happy with my current psychiatrist, I’ve been seeing her for a while so she knows me well.
My VA pdoc transferred to another VA hospital a while back so I was assigned to the staff psychopharmacologist here at my VA. I haven’t seen her yet. I see her in a few more days. Whether or not she can diagnose or prescribe are big question marks.
Why we are feeling this way.why we are depended every pdoc mood or personality.is there any universal standards for this … occupation.
I found out that my special doctor can prescribe meds.
