How do you apply for it?
hope its not too late for you as i applied in October but you go online and fill in the form or you can phone up your supplier or get someone to phone up for you, you should be eligible if you get benefits, i think it might depend on your supplier as well but its worth it to check, i have had it for the last 4 yrs and i got it credited to my account on feb/ march from my energy supplier and just refunded it to my bank account .
