My moms bird is on the run again

He has made his way to my doorway. I don’t know what has caused this adventurous streak in him, recently he is exploring more and more of the house.

It used to be he woulld stay inside my moms office. Its easy to forget he’s wandering around so there is a risk of him being stepped on when people dont know where he is.

She mostly ignores him. Which is good.

Maybe he’s looking for a mate. We better keep the feather duster secured in the closet just in case.

I wonder where he’ll go next.

Maybe he has a travel blog.

He made his way back to my moms office and is sitting on top of the cage looking in the mirror.

He is so vain.

Here he is ruffling his feathers in between hissing at me as I get too close to him while taking a picture.

Lol Canadian geese are the worst. They’re like snakes. Absolutely aggressive for no reason whatsoever lol

Maybe cause it’s the season they’d usually be migrating in? Maybe they’re trigger by the longer days to be more energetic around now. It’s interesting

That looks like spruce flooring, do you live in a older house? Could be yellow pine, but it looks like spruce.

I’m not 100% sure of the age of the house. I know its not super duper old but it could be 60’s or something. I’m not sure.
