She’s busy recovering at the moment but I thought I’d share this, she got this acting gig from persona doctors to do a commercial and they gave her a year’s supply of B12 shots along with pay. She says they digitized her to make her fat (she was never actually that fat). To prove it I’ll take a selfie with her when I get up there. I was proud of her, she has been an extra for a few shows and had a starring role in one of Investigation Discovery’s shows.

Nice. I was in a commercial once. It was just a still frame of the side of my head with me sitting at a computer for my old college. It was just a local thing but I didn’t get paid but I thought at least I’d get an Oscar. Kudos to your mum. Thanks for sharing.

That’s super cool! How is she feeling?
She was really happy to see us today. She’s still in a lot of pain but is on pain medication while she’s there. They are thinking about sending her to a place for 2 weeks for PT. She wants to come home instead, but will most likely follow the doctor’s advice and stay as long as she needs to.

I’m sure it made a significant difference that you were there to visit today! I ache for her. Pain is hard. PT is hard, too, but it is worth the work!
