Thanks for the reminder…I need to take dog for a walk or something. Haven’t done anything exercise wise today…

Glad that you are feeling good.

Lol you know it was a good one when you’re shakey afterwards haha :joy: taking a break for now but I’ll go back to working out in like an hour …doing several sessions a day now. Do you know any good YouTube channels?

Walking the dog sounds nice. I can’t do that because my neighborhood isn’t safe. But sometimes we drive to a park and walk him there. Luckily we have a large fenced in backyard for him to play in. We are thinking about getting him registered for the dog park because it’s close and he can play with other dogs which he likes to do - even still at 13 years old!

Trying to lose weight. Very overweight at the moment and don’t have work so…might as well try to lose the rest of my 50lb goal

@POET Well, working out too much can cause injury. If you’re out of shape, you really shouldn’t workout multiple times a day. How long of a workout are you doing at a time?

Last year, when I was 100 pounds (45kg) overweight, I exercised 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. I can now workout a lot longer.

But trust me, you don’t want an injury because it’ll stop you from working out for a while which totally defeats the purpose.

Yea that’s true don’t wanna overdo it. I work in construction tho so I’m used to the physical exhaustion. Doing okay now. I work out in like 30 minute increments and have been working it pretty light. Thanks for the advice

Oh ok. I’m glad you’re used to physical labor. Sorry for making an assumption.

Lol no it’s all good it’s good advice. To be honest I am overdoing it a bit and need to pull back so I appreciate it.

Good work @LilyoftheValley . I’m beginning to enjoy the feeling you get when you push yourself physically enough to be sore and tired! More power to you and keep on keeping on.
