I’ve seen several posts on this forum, in which people state that their hallucinations seem 100% real. I’m wondering if they are exaggerating. Thanks for reading.

My hallucination look more real then reality it self.

Mine are very realistic. It’s scary really. I wish I saw aliens or monsters or something I could pick up on. I just see plain people.

That sounds spooky phrogflyer. i hallucinated things when in psychosis from drugs, and the things I saw looked real.

My hallucinations and delusions have acted out so that it made me believe that it is really happening when I look back. It is seriously messed up in real yes.

They felt very real, but I know now that they weren’t. Even when I hear things now it is much easier to ignore, because… When it was bad it was horrible.

i have memories that are 100% real yet they are extrordinary.
My visual ones took up my field of vision but I could still see around them. Others were see-through— almost looked like visuals with a filter from an old TV over them.
Audio were realistic and sometimes continue to trick me.
I’ve had tactile hallucinations as well, and those felt very real.
