It would be wise to create a plan, then give yourself a month or two to move out. Set a sensible date. Moving is a long process. Get your ducks in order first though. Next time you get verbally assaulted, tell yourself that you are only there a short while longer. It will help you feel less beaten down. Keep out of their way and just do what needs to happen so you can move out when you can.

Yeah that’s the soundest advice I could expect.
I hugged them at dinner last night (they were eating, not myself)
