You use those floss picks? They come in bags.
Very easy to use.
Usually keep them at my desk.

Wow, i did not know that. Personally, i think i will continue to use the toothpaste, as i like the minty freshness it leaves your mouth after brushing with it.
I used to use those, but then I got adult braces and could only use the floss. Then I just got used to that. At the dentist they always tell you to use a clean area of floss for each tooth, so I wasn’t sure if the picks were cutting it. You’d have to go through one for each tooth. And they’re more expensive than the floss I think.
I was just wondering about that now lol.
I found the floss picks and was thinking you’re supposed to use one per tooth?
That answered my question.
Years of lithium use have ruined my teeth.
I now have veneers or capped teeth.
I get cavities too. I brush with charcoal toothpaste, floss, gargle.

I like to brush with natural fluoride sources such as tea or tree bark.
I have a real dry mouth thanks to meds
I use mouthwash instead of toothpaste. Swish a little around, brush away. No hassle with rinsing
