Yea im scared for myself my liver is little high, i have to lose weight but its so hard with aps. I hope i can, i pray for your friend i hope she can find treatment i pray for her.

Thanks so much @oe1489 . I’m losing weight too. I’m restricting calories and exercising 5 days a week and I’ve lost 74 pounds since May. But I’m in a weight loss plateau right now. I’ve had a few of them, but eventually I start losing again. So I’m not worried. Anyway, my point is it’s possible to lose weight on APs.
