Yes I know it’s wrong. I should have more empathy. But she has anxiety and as a result high blood pressure. So she went and got blood pressure tablets and wants to deal with the anxiety with merely therapy. But if she thought a little… wouldn’t getting anxiety tablets , therapy mean that will help her blood pressure so she won’t need blood pressure tablets. Wouldn’t that kill two birds with one stone. ?
Nothing wrong with doing both really, Therapy might help more for the long term, am I driving you crazy yet ?? LOL
