Don’t tell me to take more medication,I don’t want to take my high blood pressure meds anymore it’s just ■■■■■■■ ■■■■■■■■.I will still take my psych meds and one is more then enough,will throw away my diovan,don’t fuckig tell me to take anymore,I gonna lie and I don’t mind dying faster.I believe my blood pressure will naturally heal,why mess with what god gives me?

I take psych meds for my mind. I also take cholesterol drugs and gout drugs for my body. I’m 47. It’s all downhill from here and yes it’s a pain but it’s just another pill my friend.
high blood pressure can lead to stroke, stroke is not a fun thing. it is not death but afterward you may be more impaired than sz. so youre playing with fire in a way. other serious risks with high blood pressure too.

Does your cardiologist agree that you can control your blood pressure with diet and exercise? Why not try to improve those things while in the meds, then maybe you’ll improve them enough that you can SAFELY go off your meds?

The doctor who told me to take medication is my uncle,he is a ■■■■■■■■ I hate.He always makes me nervous and that probably increase my blood pressure,how I wish I don’t see him,my blood pressure might lower

Why see a doctor when I don’t have troubles?doctors are human,if my uncle didn’t test anything on me I won’t be reminded I am sick.Feeling sick makes me sad/worry.I don’t like all the meds and diagnosis,I really have enough,I need them to leave me alone,I don’t smoke,I exercise and I eat healthy,I am only nearing 30 and I don’t want to take so much medication,I am not happy at all

In addition to stroke, high blood pressure will damage your kidneys. Not might damage them, it will.
If your kidneys fail you will have to follow a very restrictive diet and maybe get 15 hours of dialysis a week, where they take a big ol needle and take out all your blood, clean it, and put it back in.
Take the pills, it’s much less painful.

@twinklestars is right. High blood pressure is nothing to fool around with. You need to take your blood pressure medicine. Your very life is at stake.

Mines total opposite drops like a cow out to pasture. Id go to a doc and talk with him .
