Hey I just want to say sorry about the post about my inlaws again. I just don’t have my meds and I tried to tell that to my inlaws but my mother in law said I had to learn to function without them cause they say that in the bible

They should not be putting their beliefs on to you that way.
It can be dangerous even though they believe it’s the way to go.
You take ginger for stomach pain…
Maybe you could get your dr to talk to them about their behaviour .
Thing is what you believe.
Do you feel better on your medication?
Can you stand up to them or ask someone else to talk to them on your behalf?

The old clinic granted some mercy and gave me refills just two on most. I’m picking them up tomorrow. My partner tries to explain things but they say she is making excuses.

I’m an avid bible reader and I’d love to know where in the bible they think it says that…especially since medication didn’t really exist back then to even be referenced!?! Your in-laws are clearly very closed minded and are just trying to bully you with nonsense! Plus, they aren’t in your shoes either. I bet if one of them had a heart condition and needed medication in order to stay alive or have their organs function properly, they’d feel quite differently about it? The brain is an organ just the same and may sometimes needs meds to function properly just like any other organ might. They may call themselves religious, but they actually need to READ the bible before they talk out of their a** and pretend to quote scripture that doesn’t even exist…they are a great example why people can hate religion, and I honestly can’t blame them! Next time she tries throwing that line of B.S. to you, try saying…“I’d truly love to learn more about it. Can you show me the scripture so I can educate myself on it?” I bet anything you’d get a response along the lines of…“I can’t recall the exact scripture but I do remember reading it!” LOL What they have is called IGNORANCE not Religion. I’m truly sorry you have to deal with that…very heartbreaking indeed!!

Yeah and they brought all the animals back like my partner said they would. They cant handle all 11 animals at once. They have two dogs over there that’s it. They said I abused the animals
I could just cry when I read your posts @cbbrown why don’t you just move in with your parents??? why do you stay there when they treat you and your partner so badly?

I can’t move in with my parents they aren’t talking to me since they tried to make me break up with my partner saying they will cut me out of the will if I dont. I made things worse when I tried to convince them to stay on meds.

Wow!! Sounds like they all want to micro-manage your life!? They do know it’s YOUR LIFE right? Even good and/or bad decisions we make in our lives is subjective! Just because someone says or believes you make a bad decision doesn’t make it so!! It’s called FREE WILL and it is the one thing another person can’t take away from us! My heart truly goes out to you!!
I’ve studied the Bible or listen to reputable pasters everyday practically since I became a Christian in 2010. Well I don’t see it in there . If you can use alcohol for your stomach. You can certainly use a God given helper (AP) for your brain. Or even if you really want to be reading between the lines, to keep the evil spirits away,. Whatever they want to call it , it works and ALL good things are from God.
Your in-laws are such assholes I’m so sorry for you that you have to deal with that and I hope your situation improves soon.
Don’t listen to them keep taking your meds I hope you can get your refill soon.
