My shoulder muscle has been twitching all day, it’s pretty annoying.
Anyone ever get muscle twitches?

sometimes i have.nothing serious.you shouldn t be worry about.it must go away in 1or3 days

When I’m dehydrated I get muscle twitches. Meds can cause it too. But meds also cause dehydration sometimes so idk.

are you on depot injection if so it might be the problem.nothing serious.i get all the time

Make sure to get some electrolytes too brother. Very important for hydration. I’m dehydrated as hell rn. Just tried to run a 5k and had heart issues so I only was able to go like 3.5. Need to get some coconut water

Thanks! I’m good bro just some heart pain cause I’m dehydrated and was trying to run. No worries. Gonna rehydrate and try again tomorrow. I’ll be fine it always happens.
