My health anxiety is bad today. I had this involuntary face twitch/spasm and ive convinced myself through google searches that I now have ALS. Im trying to remember that ALS is more common for people aged 60 to 80 and i’m only 29 but I’m still worrying about uncontrollable twitches.

Probably your antipsychotic. I get eyelid twitches lip twitches leg twitches it comes and goes so I know its not tardive dyskinesia

Could also be low electrolytes. You’ve been exercising a lot, and it’s warmer out now.

I’ve been exercising in my basement, not outside. Maybe its from my meds, stress/anxiety, high intensity exercise, ect.

Ive been twitching, nerve spasms today more than usual so it makes me worried but my hubby says ive been stressed and taken more benzos recently so it could be that idk really?
I seen your post after i wrote mine looking for advice btw
It makes us ultra aware with internet of conditions etc
