Movement hallucinations?

I pretty much don’t hallucinate anymore. It only happens once or a few times a day when it’s at it’s worst. But there’s one thing left that just won’t go away. When I look at something, I’m often unsure if it’s moving or not. Unless I can tell from other cues that there’s no chance it’s moving (e.g. a glass on a table), or it moves pretty fast, it takes me a long time to figure out if what I’m looking at is moving or not, and I sometimes get it wrong at first. I have to compare it’s location with other objects and then check over and over again to see if the location changes. This is because I see movement where there is none, and sometimes don’t see movement when there actually is movement. Sometimes it can be pretty drastic. I was looking at something on my TV (PS4) that was rotating, and pretty quickly (a full rotation in like 10 seconds), but it took me about 4 seconds before I realized it was moving. Until I realized it was moving, it looked like it was completely stationary, and I was quite shocked to find out that it was rotating that quickly. It wasn’t because my game had frozen, so I know it was rotating the whole time. And if it’s something small, like figuring out if a speck on the ceiling is a moving bug, it can take me up to a minute to figure it out.

I’ve been wondering lately if I have some small kind of damage in my motion perception area (V5) or somewhere near that. Which is why I’m wondering if anyone else has this symptom. Because if I’m not alone, it probably isn’t any kind of brain damage. So do you experience anything similar to this?

I totally experience this type of stuff lots! Sometimes a friend will show me a funny picture online and I’ll think it’s a gif. If I look at almost anything long enough, it either starts moving slightly or I start seeing things in it (Like faces on a wood wall, swirling) I also have this weird thing that’s been happening lately. It feels like there’s an earthquake, but only I notice. It’s been happening more often, regardless of if I’m standing or lying in bed. Weird.
