I really need to lose weight as all the fat is stored around my belly area. It’s a sign of diabetes and other illnesses related to obesity. :confused:

I have a new doc and I have an appointment at the end of this month. I hope he’s good and listens to me.

No for my height it is a healthy weight. It is at the lower end of my healthy weight range.
