Money money money 💰

All I’ve been thinking about lately is how I can make more money without pushing the limits of SSDI and my disability

I want a car. So bad. I am tired of it. I’m 31 and never really had a car.

I am getting a roommate to help me with bills . It’s not ideal but in the long run it will meet

I can relate. I’ve been thinking about trying the whole cryptocurrency thing with those Shiba Inu meme coins but I really don’t know much about all that. I just have this strange money money money feeling. I am afraid Shiba Inu may fail so I haven’t quite done it yet.

I just got a car but I can’t legally drive and the idea of going to the DMV is overwhelming right now. Hoping to do it next week. I don’t know if I can though :pensive:

Gimme that cheddar son!!!

Haha, a big part of me loving my job is the pay! 25 dollars an hour air conditioned sitting down using your brain instead of your muscles! It’s a great supplement to the disability, and isn’t too much to disrupt it because I only work six-nine hours a week.

I don’t know what I’d do without my cashola. Still, I tread water mostly and can’t afford big things like a new vehicle that I need so sorely.

So I feel ya on the car. The only way to get this is to somehow put aside at least 200 a month and save for a few years.

10k is realistically what you need for a decent used car these days I think, might be able to get down to 8k or such, getting a deal from a friend would help… but I’m with ya it feels out of reach.

No I talked with them more and it’s not a good fit because of my dachshund

Like I would have to carry her in a crate around the house to take her out

I learnt to drive and passed the test at 33 by taking one lesson a week. Once I figured out how to use the mirrors it become easier… mirror signal manoeuvre.
