I told my mum i take my meds but truth is I threw it away. I don’t know if it’s withdrawals but i am not myself. A little irritable although trying not to show it. My aunt came to our house today and she was asking for help. She was asking question after question and in the end I gave up said I don’t know. Usually I’m pretty patient with ppl.

Big problem, simple solution- you need the pills to stay sane and be normal.

I have done this before and had a relapse because of it - please tell your Mum about not taking your tablets ish.
I took my med today so hopefully I’ll get back to normal. Not a good idea to stop I know but I just wanted a break from it.

Excellent. If the voices flog you for “being an idiot” or whatever about not taking them, tell them p**s off. Almost ever sz pt does this every once in a while.

Skipping meds is never a good idea!
The withdrawal for me was definitely difficult. There is no shame in taking medicine. It is understandable you felt you needed a break. I hope you feel better soon as well.
