I get very anxious and down when I start mine. I’ve just started. I also feel vulnerable when I’m on.
Not feeling great tonight. Fortunately I keep busy so it’s only when I get to sit down at the end of the day to myself that I notice my mood and feelings.
At least they aren’t as heavy and painful as when I was younger.
How are your menstrual cycles ?
I no longer have menstrual cycles since i got a hysterectomy and all i can say is, thank god! I used to get psychotic pms and would often self harm right before my cycle started. At first i used depo-provera shots to stop my periods, then asked my doctor to just do the hysterectomy cuz you can only be on depo-provera for so long. I wish i could’ve had a hysterectomy years ago!
I’ve never heard of that injection for it. I had the coil implanted a few months ago and that made them very heavy and caused some problems so it’s removed.
