I think I feel menopausal I feel really irritated and low I haven’t had period for three months

I had a complete hysterectomy. I’m not sure I can help, but I’ll try.
I’m in peri-menopause. I hadn’t had a period in almost two years, thought I might finally be done, and since January I have had one every 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. I wish it would just stop already!
I don’t think it makes my sza worse though. I am stable on Zyprexa.
yeah, I think I still have fibroid cysts though, cramping.
I don’t miss having those heavy periods.

I’m post menopausal. My worst symptoms were hot flashes and night sweats. Not much to do about it. I didn’t take any meds or anything. Just dealt with it. It didn’t last too long.

I take Calcium with Magnesium every night.

I had early menopause due to ovarian cancer that I survived.
I was on patches for a while but they made me bleed.
I had hot flushes etc and I take calcium supplements because of increased risk of osteoporosis.
