Feminine problems

. I think I’m in peri menopause and usually my periods are light flow and few days long. I had to change my my pads several times today. And had 2 or three pairs of blood soaked panties. it also got on my pants and I had to wash my pants out. Is anyone else in peri menopause that has experienced this?

And my cramps were very severe (painful) for about 30 minutes to an hour today.

Also I’ve been very depressed lately the past couple days. I think that may be my hormones causing that.

Yeah, our periods change in our mid to late 40’s. Earlier for some women.

They get irregular, more painful and our mood or sz symptoms get worse with every period.

It is not a fun time and lasts 7 to 10 years

I am going through it right now so you are not alone.

You’re not lying. These past couple days I felt like I was freaking going crazy.

Idk but my periods have stopped I’m 31 I started metformin and they should have started by now and they haven’t idk what’s going on anymore

My mom said her periods just stopped and she had 1 hot flash and never had them again and she was through it but she was on the shot and that caused her periods to stop anyways so her’s went really fast

I got pregnant with my second child when I was 34 I think? 30s is a little too young to start menopause isn’t it? Are you sure you’re not pregnant or something?

@Loke I’ve been tested for pregnancy in November and don’t think I am I’m also on the copper IUD so pretty much no chance I haven’t had a period in over 4 months and I get retested in February

I’ve heard those IUDs can cause you to miss a period or not to have periods

My friend at work had that and she lost she had like 12 miscarriages. She got pregnant 12 times and lost every single baby

Wow! That is so difficult to get through. I have had losses myself.

@Loke that had to be hard for her I’m so sorry she went through that

Sorry About that you OK?

Think she just started to do things so that she would not get pregnant ever again maybe birth control or whatever she just didn’t wanna go through another miscarriage. But PCOS definitely can cause miscarriages
