Melatonin worked!

Took 6 mg of melatonin before bed last night. I fell asleep within 30 minutes! It usually takes me way longer than that to reach the dream land.

I don’t plan on taking it daily, but once or twice a week might be worth it.

I just got in from shoveling. We’ve got a lot of snow this January after very little in November and December.

Heard of some success stories too with melatonin.
Maybe can try l-theanine too before bed. I heard that really helps too

Melatonin was pretty effective for me too compared to prescriptions sleep medication.

It works for me too, only smaller dose. I take 0.75mg. High doses doesen’t seem to work for me.
